Before he became a home inspector, Jay worked as a Supervisor of Operations and then Vice President in the insurance restoration industry.
He oversaw thousands of restoration and remodeling projects on homes hit by fires, floods, hurricanes, sinkholes and mold. That's the experience he brings to your inspection. He helps you understand the condition of the home, how to get any needed repairs done, and how to take care of what's probably the biggest purchase you'll make.
Jay knows buying a home is stressful, and the inspection shouldn't add to it. His approach is professional but relaxed. You're welcome to walk along, ask anything, and leave knowing what you're buying.
