The difference between All Corners Home Inspections and other home inspectors is experience and knowledge. Before becoming a home inspector, Jay worked as a Supervisor of Operations and Vice President in the insurance restoration industry for greater than 25 years. He oversaw thousands of restoration and remodeling projects including restoration of homes involved in fires, floods, hurricanes, sinkholes, and mold. Jay is an insured Florida licensed home inspector and a state-certified building contractor.
He brings this knowledge to you to help you understand the condition of your new home and suggest ways that not only will help you get any needed repairs done but also on how to maintain this major investment you are making.
Jay’s approach is both professional and comfortable. He knows this is a very stressful time for you and the home inspection shouldn’t add to that stress. Jay will put you at ease and gets you your report on the same day as the inspection.
At the end of the inspection, Jay will review the report with you and provide you with a complete computer-generated report that explains, with pictures, each item of concern. He doesn’t do the “check box” reports you see from other home inspectors, as they are too vague. You will also receive some helpful tips on seasonal maintenance, life expectancies, and remodeling costs. Jay will even give you some references to companies he trusts to help you in the future.
