Jay goes over what he found with you in person, then sends a plain-English narrative report with photos that same day, along with your 4-point and wind mitigation forms.

What we look for in Spring Hill homes
Much of Spring Hill is concrete-block ranch homes built from the 1970s through the 2000s. Homes that age have predictable weak spots, and they're what insurers ask about.
